1990 Toyota GT Turbo

We all know about Ronan Sheehans 1990 GT turbo......Yes thats right. The bright green one that would stand out in any crowd! this car was an absolute gem and was always kept to an exceptionally high standard! Even though this car is a 1990 anytime I ever saw it, my eyes would light up, not only from its colour but because it always looked like it had only just came out of the factory. It really is that clean!





But as of recently Ronan had a change of heart with his car and decided he needed a change. Unlike you or me he did not opt to sell up and move on to another car. He decided that all the changes were to made to the car itself. So out with the old and in with the new it was.

The list of modifications is already long enough for you to struggle to say it all in one breath....... But we will give it a try!

Under the bonnet he has hidden a front mount intercooler,
HKS actuator
Sard fuel pressure regulator
HKS SSQV
TRD Differential
Cusco Flywheel
5he Cams.

Could you say that in one breath.....no.......thought so!

Ronan Also added Cusco Zero 2 Coilovers for that slammed look while also retaining a Comfortable ride.

Then a Custom made 2.5 inch Straight through exhaust was added and trust me when i tell you this car really roars! it sounds incredible!!



Now remember when i said out with the old and in with the new? Ronan really took this to heart. While completely stripping the car he decided to invest......and that he did. A brand new paint colour was at the top of his list. He also purchased a full Livesport kit which included, Front bumper, Back bumper Side skirts, Back lip and spoiler. Then went away and found some extra cash beneath the sofa......just enough to buy a brand new set of rota grid drifts 16x8 et10's For that extra stance look that we all love so dearly. But he didnt stop there! he continued by wrapping them in a set of 195/45 Toyo Proxies to keep him stuck to the floor!







When i met him it was dark and we got moved from our 1st location pretty soon after arriving......im going to blame Ronan for this as i could hear his car even with my windows up and music on! but boy it was tasty! Our 2nd location was not the best so i dont have many photos to show you guys as of yet. But trust me when i say this..... I will be meeting up with him very soon for more......why........Because that car is well and truly amazing!!..........

Been following the progress of this car over the last two/three years and well.....it simply is amazing!
A credit to him and I can only imagine it would be hard to believe its the same car to those who don't know it.

Truly amazing, what a little gem of a car, love the GTs but this one is special, wow, and great shots as well Andrew, lovely..

As Dave said this is a serious car, remember seeing it on MNC years ago and fell in love with it. Fair play Ronan shes mint
